The Reading Skills Course follows an 6-Day Cycle of Instruction.

Teamwork: Read aloud, Team Talk Questions

Active Instruction: Review Prompt 

Independent Work: Writing

Teamwork: Peer review

(Lesson 6: TEST)

Active Instruction: Review test questions

Independent Work: Test

 

Homework: 

 

Scholars have Read and Respond homework logs Monday – Thursday where they are expected to read at least 20 minutes each day.

Weekend Reading is checked on Monday :)
